Re: [realfood] Popcorn and Oil

We use Act II popcorn salt and "buttery topping/oil" at our movie theatre. For a while we used real butter for topping, but we heat it in a crockpot and the oil used for popping can be used for topping and is just easier. And, although a few people liked the real butter, the buttery flavored topping is preferred by most. It has a lot of salt and flavor added and just seems to be better on the corn. And yes, the big popper always stops on a busy night! __._,_.___
