Spicy Cocoa-Glazed Pecans Recipe
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
