Rocky Road Brownies Recipe 

 

• 1 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.  Grease 9-inch baking pan.  Stir together marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.  Set aside.

Place butter in large microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave at medium (50%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.   Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.  Beat with spoon until well blended.  Continue...
