French Toast with Red-wine Blueberries Recipe
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- kosher salt
- 6 slices country-style bread, halved diagonally
- 2 tablespoons butter
