Mama's Heavenly Fudge Cookies Recipe
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease baking sheet and set aside. In heavy saucepan, heat 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate pieces, unsweetened chocolate and butter until melted. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Beat until combined, then add remaining semi-sweet chocolate pieces and peanuts. Continue...
