Chocolate-Caramel Bars Recipe
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 20 vanilla caramels
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 6 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. For crust, stir together flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press crumb mixture into bottom of ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Continue...
