Lemony Coconut Macaroons Recipe 

Macaroons 

  • 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 large egg whites

Preheat oven to 325F degrees.  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
