You are very welcome. We make this about once a month and it is consistently good. Could be part of the reason I can't shake that 30 lbs!

Delectable Cheesecake

3 - 8oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

For crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter (not margarine), melted

First:

Stir together grahm cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Line a 9" pie plate. Set aside....

Next:

Mix cream cheese and sugar together, mixing well. add eggs one at a time, mixing each into cheese and sugar mixture until well blended. Add vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes, depending on your oven.

You may add toppings of your choice,  such as strawberry, cherry or blueberry pie filling.

First time I had this it was made in a convection oven and was out of this world. A regular oven will do almost as good.

This recipe was given to me by an elderly lady several years ago. Have no idea where she got it.

Hope you enjoy it!

Could someone tell me how to make homemade cheesecake? I tasted as a
youngster and graved it ever since. Thanks
