Dr. Perricone's diet is anti- inflammatory. You can find his website on the internet. Also pineapple helps with pain because of the brommelain content.

My husband has just been diagnosed with arthritis and unfortunately, it
seems most of our regular meals are contributing to the inflammation :(

Does any one have any "tried & true" recipes they've found to help with
arthritis or that are known to be anti-inflammatory? We both also need
to lose a few pounds (ok, more than a few LOL) - so healthy meals are
also important.
