Mom's Olive Spread
Serves 6-8

Ingredients1
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 clove garlic
1 small jar olives with pimentos, drained well
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Sesame Melba toast
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except for the Melba toast to a food
processor and give it a good couple of zaps until the mixture is nice
and smooth.
Place the spread in a bowl and serve with Melba toast alongside.
