Someone shared this with me recently and it is excellent. I never
would have thought so......................
8 oz cream cheese room temp
Small jar LARGE green stuff olives
Slice the olives over cream cheese and mix until all worked in well.
Add or use less olives for your taste. Serve on a plate with variety
of crackers around with spreader.
** Not a big lover of green olives I decided to try this yesterday
when invited to a meal and I am not in shape to bake/cook. I did
make sure large olives were gotten and I tasted one before starting
and was amazed that they do, indeed, taste better than the smaller
ones.
You put olives in for the flavor strength you want. I chose to use a
bit of the brine and mixed it all up well and allowed it to blend for
about 2 hrs.
People at this dinner were going crazy over this simple simple
cheese/cracker dish.
I have also been told to use a block of cream cheese and sprinkle
liberally with Mrs Dash extra spicy until it is red.
