4 - 5 cups flour
2 cups milk or water (or: 1 cup milk and 1 cup water)
2 eggs
2 Tablesp. Butter
1 Tablesp. sugar
1/2 teasp. Salt
1 packet yeast + 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 - 4 apples
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with 1/2 teaspoon
sugar. Let bubble. Pour into the rest 1 and 1/2 cup
warm milk (or water, if using water instead of milk).
Add butter, eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Cover and let
stand in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Peel and
core the apples, slice thinly and mix into dough. Pour
oladi dough on a hot frying pan same as pancakes,
using a moistened with water tablespoon (to prevent
the dough from sticking). Fry same as pancakes on both
