BBQ Chicken and Corn Dip
(1st place, Memorable Meals Contest, Washington County
Fair) Bonnie Mortimer of Mt. Pleasant
1 (28 oz.) bottle of KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken-cooked and diced up
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 (11 oz.) cans whole kernel sweet corn, drained
Corn chips
Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40
minutes. Dice the chicken. In a large saucepan,
combine barbecue sauce, chicken, onion, garlic powder,
onion powder and corn. Cook over low heat for 30
minutes. Serve warm with corn chips.
Serves 8-10.
