Artichoke Dip
1 can or jar (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, mashed and drained
1 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all ingredients and put in small shallow baking
dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is browned.
Serve warm with crackers.
