[realfood] Decorated Decadent Chocolate Truffles Balls

DECADENT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz can Eagle Brand Original or Creamy Chocolate sweetened condensed milk
1 tbs vanilla
COATINGS FOR TRUFFLES
Finely chopped toasted nuts
Flaked coconut
Chocolate sprinkles
Colored sprinkles
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Sifted powdered sugar
Colored sugars
Frosting
Tiny candies

In saucepan melt chips with milk. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour into bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in desired coating and/or decorate with frosting and candies. MAKES 6 DOZEN TRUFFLES.*
