Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (8-ounce) carton fat-free sour cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 3
hours.
Yield
2 1/2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
