Island Chicken Bake with Dijon & Lime Recipe
- 6 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- finely grated zest and juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
