Island Chicken Bake with Dijon & Lime Recipe 

Chicken - baked 

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • finely grated zest and juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400F degrees.  Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.  In small bowl, whisk together mustard, sour cream, garlic, lime zest and lime juice.  Continue...
