I use real butter on popcorn. I use a scant tablespoon on a bowl and lightly salt. I have had bypass and gave up most butter, but save what little I use for on popcorn. I had a friend on Weight Watchers who was talking about flavoring popcorn somehow, and asked her how many points were in a tablespoon of butter and if it was worth using those points on butter for popcorn. She had never thought of it that way. Most things can be enjoyed - in moderation!!
