re is one for you. I have had this for pot lucks. Everytime I
bring it, It goes so fast. Most people love it
Dreamy Spaghetti

1-7oz. pkg spaghetti
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup scallions or green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Cook spaghetti and drain. Saute beef in butter until
brown, drain. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl , combime cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream,
onions and green peppers. In a 2 qt. greased casserole spread half
spaghetti, cover with cheese mixture. Add the rest of the spaghetti
and pour melted butter over it. Spread meat sauce over the top.
Heat in oven just until hot. Enjoy
