Bob, I sure wish I could tell you and me both how to make them but our
daughter's father inlaw makes THE best smoked ribs. He won't share his
rub recipe with anyone. He can make them from mild with full flavor to
I'm on fire hot with full flavor. He also can make the best baked
beans using the smoker too.
Wish I was going to be where they live for them this memorial weekend.
Our youngest daughter married to his son, will have their first baby in
August. Yeah, my request is already in that we celebrate the birth by
having a BBQ so he will do his ribs. hahaha They live about 460 miles
from us.
If I ever get him to cough up the rub recipe I will share it on this
site.

We will probably do ribs, hamb and hot dogs over at my sister's place
with as many family members as can attend. Each brings something
homemade to go along with meat.
My mom has been hungry for some cream pies so I will probably make her
a coconut cream and I have been hungry for a peanut butter cream so
there you have what I will be taking. Along with an appetite of course.
I also will take a bag of Dorito Spicey Sweet Chili chips. If you
haven't tried them yet and like the flavored chips I would suggest you
get a bag. Good luck trying to stop with one.
