Honey Walnut Fruit Salad

1/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (may use low-fat)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
3 unpeeled apples, cored and chopped
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
10-11 ounces canned Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup shredded lettuce (I omit)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoo lemon juice

Blend honey and mayonnaise until smooth. Toss
remaining ingredients with lemon juice and zest. Stir
in the honey mixture and refrigerate until ready to
serve.

7 one cup servings.
