Fresh Veggie Pizza Bars

2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8 oz. each)
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
1/4 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 envelope Ranch style Salad Dressing mix (1 oz.)
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 - 1 c. coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms, shredded
carrots, chopped cauliflower
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Unroll dough. Place on lightly greased 15x10 inch
pan. Press edges and perforations together to line
bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes
or until browned. Cool. Combine cream cheese, mayo
and dressing mix. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Spread over crust in pan. Combine peppers and
remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over cheese mixture.
Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/4 inch squares.

Makes 8 dozen appetizers
