FRUIT & SORBET COUPE
1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut in chunks
16 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 kiwis, peeled, cut in thin half slices
1/2 pint blueberries
1 quart raspberry flavored ginger ale, chilled ( I used regular ginger ale)
4 pints assorted sorbets, such as raspberry, mango, passionfruit, strawberry (I used lime and orange and raspberry)
Mix fruit in a large bowl. Refrigerate to chill. Spoon into individual dessert bowls or goblets. Slowly pour on ginger ale. Top with small scoops of sorbet. MAKES 8 SERVINGS.*
