[realfood] Stovetop Ziti---with Sauce & 3 Cheeses

STOVETOP ZITI

1 pound ziti pasta
12 oz bag broccoli florets
SAUCE
26 oz jar pasta sauce
1 cup part skim ricotta
3 oz part skim mozzarella, diced
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3 tbs grated Parmesan

Cook pasta in a pot of lightly salted boiling water as package directs, adding broccoli 4 min. before pasta is done. Mix pasta sauce and 1/2 the ricotta in a saucepan. Cook until hot.

Drain pasta and broccoli, return to pot. Add sauce mixture, toss to mix and coat. Immediately add mozzarella and half the parsley and Parmesan. Stir until mozzarella melts. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with remaining parsley and Parmesan. Top with dollops of remaining ricotta. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.*
