Hey Laurel, thank you. I don't see coconut here in the stores but I
imagine if I can get to a large town/city I can find some. Peanut oil
is quite a bit more expensive here than the other oils. I will get
some coconut though when I see it if nothing else to try it. I love
popcorn and I want it popped on the stove, not microwave.
