[realfood] Oils

Since I know we have many experts in this group I am hoping someone can
post some helpful tips about oil and the differences between them and
recommendations about when to use which oil. For example, I read
somewhere that when you quick fry or want to brown something quickly it
is good to use peanut oil. There are so many different types of oils
that it is confusing and I'm hoping to have some sort of a guide.
