[realfood] Lemon-Raspberry Icebox Cake

I just made the Lemon Icebox Cake. It was so easy and a lot of fun. I choose to add raspberry
preserves with the layering of the lemon curd and add fresh raspberries on the top. It's a bit
rich but the cream balances it out a bit. Very refreshing and nice. I've brought it into work
and am getting nothing but raving reviews.
