3 RECIPES FOR USING PAPAYAS

FRUIT CUP---Halve papaya lengthwise, remove seeds and fill cavity with halved strawberries and bite size pineapple chunks.

GLAZED TROPICAL FRUIT---Arrange slices of papaya, pineapple and mango and halved bananas on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with brown sugar, broil until sugar melts. Serve warm over ice cream or sprinkled with chopped macadamia nuts.

SALAD BOAT---Stuff seeded papaya halves with shell fish or chicken salad for a luncheon main course.*
