I love Tilapia but recently discovered the brand I'd been buying from my local grocer comes from China. Does anyone know a brand that does not come from China? I like to cook mine in parchment paper wraps w/ lemon juice, a little olive oil and whatever vegies I have. Delicious and so easy. I could run in the house, grab a frozen fillet, put the whole package together and run in my over or even toaster oven, go off to do my chores and have a delicious meal waiting. I just am not comfortable eating fish from China any longer. I'm also not comfortable eating fish from our local Chesapeake Bay or the creek behind my house. __._,_.___
