I have been meaning to send you an email for a while now, to thank you for all of the great recipes you post. I have tried several of them, and am never disappointed with the results. It is so nice of you to take the time to post them. This Jerk Chicken recipe came at a perfect time, as I am going to a potluck dinner, and need something that will feed a crowd.
