RE: [realfood] Bolognese Meat Sauce

Liver never gets past my front door so that would not be possible!  I have never heard of putting liver in a spaghetti sauce.

Two chopped chicken livers will give you a finer sauce.NOBODY makes this sauce as well as the Bolognese.Whenever I go back home to visit I try to get to Bologna just for this sauce!
