Baked Spiced Oatmeal
Prepare this in the evening- let it sit in fridge overnight and in
the morning you'll have a healthy, filling breakfast that smells
great when baking! Tastes FABULOUS and healthy, healthy, healthy!

SERVES 6 , 1 casserole
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole rolled oats (not quick cooking)
3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 medium mashed banana
1 apple, peeled and diced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with
cooking spray. refrigerate overnight. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
