My husband has just been diagnosed with arthritis and unfortunately, it
seems most of our regular meals are contributing to the inflammation :(
Does any one have any "tried & true" recipes they've found to help with
arthritis or that are known to be anti-inflammatory? We both also need
to lose a few pounds (ok, more than a few LOL) - so healthy meals are
also important.
