Hello everyone, I'm sorry it took so long to post, but I had to work today, ugghhh! lol
Anyhows, keep in mind this is for a "quick s/p pie, but it's really good!

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

1 Lrg Can Sweet Potatoes
1 Stick Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Milk (see below)

Boil Sweet Potatoes, Place in Bowel after draining, then mash **I just use a mixer**works for me!
Add remaining ingredients in bowl, now comes the MILK** I usually add maybe 1/4 cup

Place in pie shell (s) , Bake @ 350 (degrees) until just browned, cool, then, if you like, add cool whip, and then ENJOY!!!!

Thanks
Missi
