A variation on ur delicious sweet potato pie : Instead of the pie crust , grease the oven dish , then cover with either bread crumbs , or cookies crumbs . devide the sweet potatoes in 2 parts . lay half at the botom of the baking dish , spread 1 cup crushed nuts and one cup raisens .. add the other half to the dish , and bake U can also make some beshamel sause , and spread on top of the sweet potatoes before it goes into the oven , and let it go brown Nabila / Cairo / Egypt

Preheat Oven 350 degrees
1 Lrg Can Sweet Potatoes 1 Stick Margarine 1 Cup Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Milk (see below)
Boil Sweet Potatoes, Place in Bowel after draining, then mash **I just use a mixer**works for me! Add remaining ingredients in bowl, now comes the MILK** I usually add maybe 1/4 cup
Place in pie shell (s) , Bake @ 350 (degrees) until just browned, cool, then, if you like, add cool whip, and then ENJOY!!!!
